Campaign and content data: submissions, captions, images, videos, links, drafts, communications, and performance data.
Payment and payout data: commission records, payout history, billing details, tax information, verification data, and payment-provider information.
Tracking and attribution data: referral links, clicks, installs, sessions, promo code usage, device identifiers, conversion events, and attribution data, including data processed through providers such as Branch.io.
Support data: messages, attachments, and support requests.
Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, app version, device identifiers, crash data, session data, viewed pages or screens, clicks, and feature usage.
Merchant, brand, and transaction data: subscription status, returns, cancellations, disputes, and other information needed to validate campaigns or commissions.

We may also use cookies, SDKs, pixels, deep-linking technology, and similar technologies for authentication, functionality, attribution, analytics, fraud prevention, and performance. Where required, we will provide a cookie banner or similar notice.

determine attribution under our campaign rules;
process payments and payouts;

comply with legal, tax, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

Our legal bases are contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and consent where required, such as for certain marketing or non-essential cookies.

merchants, brands, advertisers, and campaign partners;
payment and payout providers;
attribution and tracking providers, including Branch.io;
hosting, database, analytics, and support providers;
fraud prevention, identity verification, security, and diagnostics providers; and
legal, tax, regulatory, or professional advisers where required.

We may also disclose data where required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate fraud or unlawful activity, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganisation, or sale of assets.

Financial, tax, anti-fraud, verification, dispute, transaction, and payout records may be kept longer where reasonably necessary or required by law. Backups may remain for a limited period after deletion.

ClubInfluencer is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If we become aware that we have collected such data without appropriate authorisation, we will take steps to delete it.

We may use automated tools from service providers, including attribution or fraud-detection tools, to support the operation of the Service. Material account, payout, or enforcement decisions are reviewed manually by us.
